President Muhammadu Buhari says the late Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Samuel Odulana Odugade, who died on January 19, 2016, at the age of 101, was a blessing to Nigeria because he lived without blemish.
President Buhari, who was represented by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo at the funeral service of the monarch at the St. Peter’s Cathedral, Aremo, Ibadan, said Nigeria would remain proud that a forthright King like Odulana lived amongst us and left a legacy worthy of emulation. While delivering the president’s message, Osinbajo relayed President Buhari’s regret of not attending the burial service.
