Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has been telling participants at the ongoing UN African Regional Conference on urbanisation that the continent must address policy narratives as a force for development in aligning with the UN agenda of new urbanisation initiatives.
Going agro processing and telecommunications will help make this realisable the vice president is insisting. The new urban agenda presents an opportunity for Africa, which can be tapped into with good policies in place. Planning of cities will be an important step in this regard.
