Scarcity of the Premium Motor Spirit otherwise called Petrol has once again resurfaced in Lagos and other states in Nigeria. The cause of the scarcity however remains a mystery to residents.
Every now and then, fuel scarcity rears its head leaving Nigerians to go through stress trying to get the product, either to run their car, their generating set or for other uses; almost certainly, panic-buying sets in.
