EFCC VS RICKEY TARFA COURT ADJOURNS TILL MARCH 15

The case between the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, and Rickey Tarfa, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria at a Federal High Court in Lagos has been adjourned till March 15. Rickey Tarfa is standing trial for a two-count charge of obstruction of justice and bribery.

In addition to the charge of obstructing justice by resisting the arrest of his clients, Gnanhooue Sourou and Nazaire Odeste, for five hours, after a court ruled so in February, Rickey Tarfa, a senior advocate of Nigeria grapples with the offence of bribing honourable Justice Yunusa with n225,000.
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, had dragged Tarfa before Justice Idris of the Federal High Court, Ikoyi on Thursday.
