Nigeria and South Africa have been talking about working together in areas beneficial to both countries. Visiting South African President Jacob Zuma was given the honour of addressing a joint seating of the national assembly. Zuma says South Africa will not forget the role played by Nigeria in its fight against white supremacy.
South Africa and Nigeria has been enjoying cordial relations for years and boosting that bilateral tie is becoming even more necessary as the two countries are looked upon as the power houses of Africa. President of the Senate Bukola Saraki kicked of proceedings by telling the two leaders that coming to the Nigerian parliament is an indication of the importance of the legislature to the development of democracy.
