A Federal High Court in Abuja has ruled that the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh who is standing trial for corruption charges has a case to answer. Justice Okon Abang while ruling on no-case submission filed by Metuh, the judge held that there is a prima-facie case against the accused person.
The Court also in a ruling dismissed a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by Metuh challenging his detention by EFCC before his arraignment. Metuh was asked to pay the sum of 15,000 naira as cost to the anti-graft agency.
