The House of Representatives is throwing out a bill seeking to repeal the Ports Authority act as it is not making the day at the House of Representatives. A bill seeking to repeal the Nigerian Ports Authority act, cap N126 laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 and re enact the Nigerian ports authority bill 2016, to establish the Nigerian Ports and harbor authority to provide for the ownership, management of ports and harbor has failed to impress Lawmakers in the House of Representatives. The bill was sponsored by Nicholas Ossai Ossai from Delta state.
