Good news is here for proponents of renewable energy in Nigeria as the Federal Government says it will soon put modalities in place to ensure the development of the sector. Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, says the Ministry is putting in place modalities to ensure the optimal use of the nation’s renewable energy sources.
The Minister while welcoming the French Minister of Environment, Segolene Royal, to his office says the Federal Government is working to ensure the development of the renewable energy sources of the Nation for optimal use. He says sources like solar are being worked on to have a win situation for all especially as it affects the environment.
