Budgeting in the country have been characterised with errors and controversies by successive governments in the country. It is in view of this that the House of Representative Committee on Legislative Budget and Research is organising a retreat session for its members to provide them with the knowledge of independent non-partisan analysis of budgeting.
Members of the House of Representative Committee on Legislative Budget and Research are holding a retreat on the 2016 budget to better equip them in making informed decisions as they deliberate on the budget proposal the retreat was declared open by the Representative of the Speaker.
