A United front by members of the All Progressives Congress is vital for the continued progress of the party and the achievement of its development objectives for Nigeria. Pulling in the same direction according to the party’s national chairman, John Odigie -Oyegun, will ensure that the party is able to continue to be cohesive especially in Kano state. He says the misunderstanding within the party’s Kano chapter will soon be a thing of the past.
For a few weeks now the Kano state chapter of the All Progressives Congress has been battling with a crisis of confidence between the state governor and the immediate past governor of the state. With the cream of the party’s leadership in the state in Abuja to put the record straight on what is going on in the Kano state chapter of the party.
But for the National Chairman of the party, the crisis is an internal matter between two brothers. He says the Kano chapter is very strategic and that the party cannot afford a crisis in the state.
He however urges members of the party nationwide and all Nigerians to unite behind President Muhammadu Buhari and state governors to ensure that they manage the little resources better and without distractions.
