As the Nation marks another Easter celebrations, Plateau residents are lamenting the poor economic situation in the country that has been aggravated by fuel scarcity. Speaking with our correspondent in Jos they bemoaned the ripple effect of the fuel prices and scarcity that has thrown the economy into a situation similar to depression.
They called on the government to quickly diversify the economy. The citizens said the poor economy and high inflation is affecting the Easter celebrations. Some motorists asserted that the poor economy is as a result of the fuel scarcity which has been left to the black marketers who sell at exuberant prices.
