National Association of Nigeria Traders is calling on the Federal Government to help find a lasting solution to incidences of fire outbreaks in the Country. It says that the epileptic power situation in the country is a major cause of remote cases of fire in the market. NANTS, National President is urging the Federal Government to revisit the fire service agencies with a view to reorganising it for effectiveness and efficiency.
President National Association of Nigeria Trader, Ken Ukaoha laments that, the market fires have unquantifiable implication on the economy and is therefore appealing to the federal Government and relevant agencies to ensure the installation of fire suppression and other fire fighting equipment.
