DOCTOR’S STRIKE: NARD GIVES TWENTY ONE DAYS ULTIMATUM

The National Association of Resident Doctors is declaring a 21 day ultimatum with effect from 4th April or go on strike to press home their remuneration demands. President of the Association, Adamu Askira has been briefing newsmen on the need of government stop the unnecessary sack of Resident Doctors in the country.

Askira disclosed that the member is seeking adequate remuneration for its members at various hospitals such as Imo, Abia, Ekiti among others claiming that in some government Tertiary Hospital their members are being paid fragment of their salaries.
