Minister for Health Professor Isaac Adewale has been assuring Nigerians of Government’s determination to deliver Health Care Services to the rural areas in Nigeria. He was speaking at the official presentation of the National Food Drug Administration and Control guidelines for the regulation of drugs in the Country. Professor Adewale says NAFDAC has come to a point where its recognition in the World must no longer be in doubt.
The guidelines will be providing detailed guidance to assist relevant stakeholders comply with the agency’s regulations as they spell out details of how the agency expects regulations to be implemented. Highlighting some of the guidelines, the acting Director General of NAFDAC Yetunde Oni says the agency would regularly engage in activities to sharpen delivery on its mandate.
