A National Summit on Culture and Tourism is on the cards as the Federal Government steps up efforts to address the nation’s current abysmal economic climate. The summit will also proffer panacea to the development of the culture and tourism sector which will aid the government’s economic diversification efforts. The Federal Government says it will hold a three-day National Summit on Culture and Tourism later in the month in furtherance of the Administration’s economic diversification agenda.
The Minister of Information and Culture while speaking at a working meeting between the Ministry and the British Council in Abuja says the ministry will in due course announce details of its planned collaboration with the council.
