The parents of a four-year old girl, allegedly raped by her school proprietor are crying out for justice and for the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase to wade into the matter. The alleged rape was said to have been committed by Elias Oyeke a 42-year old proprietor of Victory International Nursery and Primary School in Mararaba, Nasarawa state where the victim was a pupil.
It is a tale of horror and disdain for a man to rape a woman, but it’s utterly sickening to rape a four old child. In tears the mother of the victim narrates how her four-year old daughter disclosed to her ordeal with her school proprietor, had a carnal knowledge of her for several times. According to her, a medical report on the minor confirmed that she was severally violated and her hymen had been ruptured as a result of the alleged rape.
