Stake holders have been meeting in Jos, Plateau state the Plateau State Capital to find lasting peaceful co existence between communities in the state. The meeting has in attendance, State Assembly members of volatile areas, members of the Civil Society Organizations, Security Personnel, among others.
Our Plateau state correspondent who monitored the event reported that far reaching decisions are been taken to that effect. Some of those speaking at the meeting are proffering solutions to the crises that have been bedeviling the state since 2001. It was discovered that although it was forecast that communal clashes where brewing in Plateau state, no one envisaged the duration and extent of the crises.
