NIGERIAN ARMY SET TO REPOSITION COMMAND SECONDARY SCHOOLS

The Nigerian Army is developing an actionable frame work to reposition the command secondary school for greater performance. The Chief of Army staff Lieutenant General Tukur Burutai reeled this out at a seminar on Repositioning Nigerian Army command schools for quality education in the 21st century.

He says Education is geared towards developing an individual to build his capacity and contribute to societal advancement and upliftment. Education is the key to achieving qualitative development meaningful to oneself and the society in all spheres.

Chief of Army Staff says the relationship between education and National Security lies in the provision of quality education which will empower youth to contribute to National development.
