Land tussle cases are now to be resolved electronically in Plateau State henceforth. This much is been made known by the Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Town Planning in the state, Festus Fuante. He says the struggle for land ownership in Plateau state and especially in Jos the state capital is becoming worrisome and this has necessitated the need to seek quicker means of resolving such cases.
The Commissioner says no one in the state has a need to fight over ownership of land anymore because the Plateau state geographic information system is been digitalized, adding that a simple visit to the ministry would reveal the true owner of any land in the state.
