President Muhammadu Buhari says Government will not relent in its efforts to ensure that all the abducted Chibok girls are rescued. President Buhari who says this on the Presidential Villa while receiving Amina Ali, one of the Abducted Chibok girls rescued on Wednesday expressed delight over the safe rescue of the girl who is now a mother.
Amina Ali in company with Borno State Governor, Kashim Shetima, Security Chiefs and members of the bring back our girls group arrived the forecourt of the Presidential Villa at 2:48 pm. The rescued girl alongside her baby were shielded from waiting journalists as their faces were covered before they made their way into the office the president.
While in his office, President Buhari says henceforth the welfare of Amina and her baby will be the responsibility of the Federal Government, noting that steps are already being taken by Government to psychologically stabilize the rescued girl and reintegrate her properly into the society.
