Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Plateau state has denied a newspaper report credited to him on the state of the Nigerian Judiciary. The statement which allege that the AG called the judiciary weak is been denied by him.
Interacting with news men in Jos, the attorney general says the report is malicious and a calculated attempt to set him and his office against the Nigerian Judicial system.
The Attorney General had gone on Local TV and Radio Stations to deny that he never said the Nigeria Judiciary is weak. The matter had caused a stir in the state, particularly in the judiciary arm when it was alleged in a report that the number one law officer of Plateau state declared that the country’s judiciary is incapable.
