The Independent National Electoral Commission says it has recognised the Makarfi led interim management Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party in line with court ruling. The Chairman of the Commission in his reaction to the through his Chief Press Secretary to the lingering crisis within the former ruling party discloses that the Commission is in possession of a valid court order from a court in Port Harcourt and is waiting for the final ruling on the 4th of July from the same court before taking a position in line with the ruling.
