The Taraba State Government has re-echoed its readiness to explore new means to support indigenes in strategic areas that are critical to the acceleration and sustenance of growth and development in Agriculture and Mining in the state. The state Governor Darius Ishaku stated this at the commissioning of the Rufkatu Asibi Kuru Danjuma Library donated by General Theophilus Danjuma at Kwararafa University in Wukari local council of the State.
At the Epoch making event the members of the University Senate and the governing council of Kwararafa University were on hand to witness the commissioning of the school library. The institution which commenced its Academic Activities over a decade ago has been operating without a standard library. The school finally acquiring these libraries with digital facilities deemed it necessary to name it after the mother of General Theophilus Danjuma who they agreed has been a pillar of support to the establishment of the library.
The Taraba State Government describes the donation as landmark event and pledges its support to accelerate the growth of education in the State.
