Thirty-two-year-old Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin representing Ibarapa East State Constituency has emerged Speaker of the Oyo State 9th House of Assembly.
The motion nominating Hon. Ogundoyin as the Speaker was moved by Hon. Adebayo Olajide representing Ibadan North 2 State Constituency and was seconded by Hon. Adeola Bamidele from Iseyin/Itesiwaju local government.
Adebo Ogundoyin, son of the late Business mogul, Adeseun Ogundoyin was first elected into the eighth Assembly through a bye-election held to fill the vacant seat of the late Speaker, Honourable Michael Adeyemo.
Adebo is an agronomist and graduated from Babcock University.
