The Ethiopian Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmed has been announced as the winner of the 2019 Nobel Peace Prize.
According to the Nobel committee, it was under his leadership, that the two-decade-long war between Ethiopia and neighbour, Eritrea was brought to an end.
