The Lagos4Lagos movement keeps achieving remarkable milestones and growing in leaps and bounds. It was indeed another ecstatic moment as Council of Imams from Ojo Local Government comprising Iba, Ojo and Oto Awori received with joy and open arms their son and Lead Visioner of the Lagos4Lagos movement, Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran (Jandor), who has been at the forefront, driving for a rebirth of Lagos into a state that works and benefits all her residents.
Dr. Adediran has crisscrossed the entire state with his message of unison and the collective efforts required of the people to rid Lagos of the current selfish and autocratic practices of our leaders that have stunted growth of the state and overall well-being of her residents. So far, the acceptance has been overwhelming and a lot of traction gained Indeed nothing stops an idea whose time has come.
The Imams were not left out of the moving train as they were full of prophetic praises to Jandor and his team for demonstrating remarkable sincerity of purpose, doggedness, honesty and absolute commitment towards the re-enactment of a Lagos that will serve the interest of all residents. The program, anchored by the Islamic Directorate of the Lagos4Lagos movement is the 5th edition and will be replicated in all the 20 Local Governments and 37 LCDAs in the state.
Major highlight of the occasion was when the Council of Imams passed a Vote of Confidence on Jandor affirming his ability to administer the state, going by his impressive track record as a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist who has built a successful conglomerate from scratch and has personally helped lift thousands out of poverty. They prayed that God Almighty continues to guide and protect him as he continues to take the message of hope to Lagosians across all the nooks and crannies of the state.
