The attacks Friday morning occurred in Rafinkada and Kente in Wukari in the southern part of the state, local officials said.

Unknown gunmen in the early hours of Tuesday kidnapped the Deputy Registrar Administration of the Taraba State University, Jalingo, Mr. Sanusi Sa’ad.

It was gathered that the officer was traveling in his personal car with his wife and two children when they were abducted by the gunmen.
