The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has found former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Water Onnoghen guilty of breach of public trust.
The tribunal, declaring its judgement on Thursday, banned Onnoghen from holding public office for the next 10 years.
The CCT also ordered forfeiture of monies discovered in Onnoghen’s five bank accounts to the federal government.
Onnoghen was tried at the CCT over false assets declaration.
