Failed and abandoned projects everywhere in the country and nobody seem to care despite the huge resources been lost as a result of the inability of concessionaires to manage them effectively. The House of Representatives have been calling for an investigation and a possible review of all failed privatised or partially privatized enterprises in the country.
Disturbed by the level of neglect and often time’s complete abandonment of privatized and partially privatized enterprises by concessionaires the House is saying that this is a cause for concern. Gabriel Kolawole from Ondo state is calling for a proper investigation on enterprises that have been privatized by previous government observing that privatization has left most of these enterprises worse off than before their privatization.
